In March of this year, a delegation from the Foreign Correspondents' Club of Thailand convened a meeting with the major Myanmar media associations at Myanmar Media Resource Center in Yangon.

The draft media laws point to continuing repression of media freedom.    

 

Also interesting that 70% of budget for PSB will be from the states.

"Preliminary findings will be reported to the Third Media Development Conference... in Yangon in September [2014]." The final report is due first quarter of 2015.
