Amphon Tangnoppaku has been sentenced to 20 years in prison on 23 November 2011 by a Thai criminal court for sending four text messages deemed as insulting against the Queen of Thailand. Freedom of Speech doesnt mean you can say anything that you want to say. There is many things that you can still be punished for. Speaking against the government, president or your leader can get you in a lot of trouble.

Although freedom of speech gives us a right to say whats on our minds, somethings your still not allowed to say, especially if its bullying in any way. A group of girls started talking about another girl that went to Beverly Vista School, calling her a spoiled brat and a slut. The girl uploaded it to youtube and the girls got suspended for 2 days.
