This does a great job of showing where the links are to move a personal YouTube Channel to a G+ Business Page.  Video is definitely the way to show the process that would be much harder to understand and do if directions were text based.  Even an infographic is not likely to do as good a job.  This complex process is simplified through this video, which was done with just the right amount of humor.  The beauty of how to videos is they can be replayed until you 'get it'.  Don't try moving your channel unless you know what you are doing, and this great video will give you lthe knowhow!
