This article about some primary schools in the Netherlands making extensive use of tablet computers is not specifically about second language learning, but the issues it raises are certainly relevant. The replacement of paper-based materials with tablet, the individualized learning, and the negotiated approach to syllabus are all interesting. (My thanks to Talitha for the link.)
