A one-hour online presentation organised by the Water Special Interest Group and delivered by Mark Hordern, a chemical engineer who has worked in the Australian water and wastewater industry for 10 years. During 12 months' voluntary work in Cambodia, Mark came to recognise the value of ecological sanitation both in the developing and developed world, and the need for organisations to apply engineering rigour to nutrient recovery concepts.
