One insight that seemed to escape me for a long time was the question, what is behind the thought. Thoughts themselves to not exist in a vacuum, no we have beliefs and biases that create and maintain what we think.


So once I started to understand this and look at the root of my thoughts I was able to work with the underlying system of beliefs. This is a huge thing to think about, I mean if I do or think something over and over the question becomes where is this coming from. Think about it.
