I agree with Lauren has stated. It is true that technology of today influence marketing hugely and so companies should find new marketing methods for develop their brand effectively and successfully. However it is becoming more harder for businesses to keep up to date with consumer engagement. As Lauren said, i think it is important that businesses focus on communication with consumers and stay engaged with them.

I strongly agree with Lauren Southgate insight where the technology of today has put the consumers in the driving seat and extended their needs of personalization, relevance, convenience, simplicity and proximity. Moreover, it is not easy to keep the business industry up to date with technology because of the industry that grows every single day with new ideas in other way which makes it difficult for business industry. But the true fact that Lauren has mention it is very important to focus on communication with consumers also business to stay engaged with the customers well.

I felt this article was very insightful on creating a marketing mix that was integrated with specific elements. Author gives key five steps to develop an effective communication mix. These steps are precise and direct for success in marketing. Among the steps, i think the most important thing for successful marketing communication mix is analyzing target market and create own key message.

This article is very interesting and i agree with Lauren's opinion. Direct marketing is a good form of marketing that will help to communicate with consumers and the business's target market. Direct mail marketing is an good example of direct marketing. In the past direct mail marketing like, free-trial CDs, adv mails and postcards was the most common and popular type of direct marketing. Because of the growth of digital marketing, social media, and email, direct mail evanesces. However, it is still effective and has the ability as the article states. Business should consider to use direct mail rather than stick to digital marketing.

I totally agree with Lauren Southgate statement, in the article where they explain how direct marketing emails are dying out, it is still very helpful and useful with engaging with consumers with their products and brands. But still, got to be aware that multichannel are important and most useful tools when it comes to business industry and also with engaging with customers in order to make an effective successful business.

I agree on the part where you mention, it is very beneficial for marketers to take things into account when establishing a communications mix and can be key to the success of their marketing strategies. Meaning that establishing objectives and goals with an impact are important because there are a lot of difference in audiences and budgets but with appropriate tactics use are more likely to establish their customer relationships with services offered and strategies.

The article gives vary examples of use of direct marketing effectively. Author explained that direct marketing can be successful or not and it is dependent on marketer's decision. Marketer should carefully choose direct marketing method to engage with consumers because it often give consumer burden and so easy to be ignored.

Saying that it is always the marketer’s decision whether they choose to be a successful in the marketing method or not. Moreover, one of the best things to do is to think like the customer and be the customer in order to treat them well as a VIP.
