The Cube, the temporary, eco-sustainable restaurant atop Milan’s Galleria Victor Emanuel designed by the Milanese architects Park Associati, opened its doors late last year. Conceived by Electrolux, a Swedish appliance brand, the Cube is a four-month project in which Michelin-starred chefs assume two-week residencies to experiment with locally sourced ingredients and regional cuisines.
