Mom, these Crusades are getting out of hand. We are getting no breaks what so ever, and also the Christians do not stop attacking. We had it coming, because of all the land we took, I wouldn't blame them if they want revenge. The good thing is we are making some progess. We finally faught back, and now 80 percent of their leaders and soldiers are now dead. It seems like it's never going to end.

Henry IV

Henry 4 of Germany was in my belilef, was a great leader.  He tried everything for his peoples, like challgenge the Pope.  He set precedence for leaders resisting the church.  Instead of working with the church like most leaders did, he resisted them and had no fear of the of the church. He wanted to be a lone wolf and work by himself and try to be a good leader. What he did was set expectations for other leaders to look up to.

The Universities were the one establishment that boosted education in to something that wasn't prior. Since only regular eduactaion was established during that time, people could not excel in education, but ever since Universities were created, people could get more education. As time went on more Universities created and now more people could get more education.

Church Problems.

Ever since King Henry killed the Archbishop, the Monarchy further disconnected from religion and the church, By doing this the royal authority had increased and more people pledged their loyalty to the king. Henry IV set himself for failure. Now in England, it has nothing to do with the Church which made fewer problems for the leaders that took the throne now.
