6 Unconventional Ways to Treat Sore Muscles | Michael's Super Healthy Living Plan!!! | Scoop.it

Using these methods of eating things like Creatine or Mushroon extract to help those sores or drinking some cherry juice or caffine or taking a nice epsom salt bath seem just as effective with less of the laborsome work. And if all else fails stretching or massaging myself with form rollers should help as well. But if even that doesnt work then I can always rely on icing.

Michael Lee's insight:

I have learned that through working out or exercising with a group is more effective. It provides motivation and that not quitting early factor that you have through a pride or not looking weak aspect that men typically have. With this I found out that a proper workout cannot be efficient without proper cardio. It also helps for anxiety and allows for “get some space and maybe get some perspective on things” which helps for clearing one’s mind and then being able to think clearly then make the day brighter as is. I also learned that I should constantly be motivated and push myself the extra 10 minutes or so and to be motivated by music as well.

The other modes like meditating, yoga, logging a journal all seem to be very helpful and if I ever need it I shall use them.
