Pass notes No 3,069: Sally Morgan | Mental Wellbeing | Scoop.it

"The celebrity psychic has been invited to prove that her powers are genuine..." - This is posted in Mental Wellbeing for 2 reasons; firstly, a key part of wellbeing revolves around our ability to separate fact from fantasy, and secondly there are a lot of vulnerable people who turn to psychics for help and consolation, so it is only right they should be asked to demonstrate the truth behind their claims.

Barbara Bonneau 's comment, November 3, 2011 3:04 AM
The animator of this film is indeed very talented, however I would like to express a regret. Most of what he says doesn't concern the "phylogenetic" brain, but human thought. The division of the mind (soul, psyché, whatever) doesn't come from the brain. OK. So why does he keep speaking as if it did? Why doesn't he talk about Descartes, Freud, Lacan..... since he talks mostly about their work?
