With many desk jobs today requiring endless hours in front of a screen, repeating the same sorts of tasks, eating properly is one of the ways to extend efficient working hours. Or, on the opposite side of the spectrum, eating poorly can depreciate your work tenfold. The healthy eating tips, including: proportions, content, and times slots. These were helpful tips that don't only apply to people at desks, but to all, because nutrition is such a large part of our lives. Only a month into the new year, it is not too late to start up on a resolution to create a better life.
