Franchement, un des meilleurs articles de trends RH jamais lus. Il me manque juste 2 petites tendances : l'aspect réellement humain des organisations (human-centric) et le bonheur au travail (ce qui est un mega trend, je n'en démorderai pas). Une excellente base en tout cas pour tout RH et people manager qui se respecte!

Bien trop techno pour moi ! Les RH doivent arrêter de penser que les ratios, les reportings, les graph sont la clef de leur performance. qu'ils retournent sur le terrain...

2014 will also be the year of story telling. Through stories we can learn about the ambitions of the company. Through stories we can learn what living the values really means. Through stories we can connect the organization to the surrounding world. HR could be the master of story telling.

Combining visualization and storytelling, the  "scribers" (illustrators providing live illustrations to give a visual interpretation of meetings and corporate events) are a great help to engage everyone during the event and even after, when communicating widely.


A great opportunity for artists and business world to meet and combine their skills.
