Mobile marketing's ability to touch consumers out of home and in route to errands has been one of the reasons marketing has pushed for its use in the media mix.  Getting good reach measures remains a challenge.  JiWire's Location Conversion Index may be worth investigating as a potential tool to measure marketing driven incremental footfall.
