In the article “5 Steps to Creating an Enterprise-Level Digital Marketing Campaign,” tips are given to show even small businesses how to make their digital marketing campaigns as effective as those of global enterprises.  The writers compiled this information through a survey of more than 400 senior-level marketers at global corporations. These are their findings:

Get personal: Create targeted content appropriate for different segments of your audience.  This could include personalization of email subjects, just to spark a customer’s interest.

Technology: use software that can integrate into your current system to manage data, audiences, content, and the like.

Money: Don’t be afraid to adjust your budget according to market trends. Put money into the highest performing channels.

Channels: make sure you are investing into the correct mix of channels, whether it be traditional or digital.

Improve: Constantly look to improve, whether it be new technology, new ideas, or new campaigns.
