For athletes and people who want to eat extremely healthy. This diet is pretty conservative. You might not feel full, but it is plentiful in flavorful food and it isn't too difficult to follow if you change your grocery list a little bit. Very powerful diet. It shows you when to eat and even when to drink water for the maximum effect.
