Hey everyone, I just got done reviewing a www.pregnancy.com book called "Pregnancy Without Pounds" by Michelle Moss, a pregnancy fitness expert. This is a great book if you're looking for a way to get through your pregnancy without putting on weight. Michelle is an online pregnancy fitness expert and has helped hundreds of women lose their baby fat fast. Like the photos of before and after pictures are amazing. I wish I would have had this book while carrying my children. I highly recommend this one girls, and you guys, get it for the mom-to-be in your life, she will thank you for it!
