Good to know! Pleasing every body all the time can kill you! And they live on considering yourself at times is not selfish but life saving!  Your/our own!  Has anyone ever said if you die I want replace you because there just is no one who can do the job just like you! Then you find yourself bedding A day off and find they have your replacement on speed dial. It's excellent to do your best but then again we all know our best will not please everybody as there are those who are not pleased with themselves and you will kill you trying to please them when it's impossible to do. They do not know what pleases them.

(From the article): To foster sharing, it’s important to foster connections with others and remind one another that we’re more alike than we think. To do just that, try to find five things in common with co-workers, people you disagree with or even people you’re meeting for the first time. You can do this formally, in small groups to ‘break the ice,’ or on your own, when your courage to connect is low. Go beyond the obvious – things people can see, such as hair color or eye color. But instead look for answers for something beyond the surface, likes and dislikes you both might share.
