My thoughts are that if teachers are not getting the pay or hours they deserve, it is percectly natural for them to go on strike. Espcailly if there is a ban agaist teachers getting paid for overtime hours; it is only fair that they recieve pay for everything they do that is under their job title. If i was in education, I would definietly join the strike as well.

My thoughts are the board of Education should be what is helping making the education world a success. I agree with this statement. For schooling to be a succes, we need both the board of education and the local union on board.

My thoughs: Does this article infer that teachers are not leaders or are leaving theirr jobs? If so, If i do decide to become a teacher, I would like to change this current trend. My thoughts: It is interesting that the role of teaching hasnt changed over 100 years. It makes me ponder the credibility of this artice and the biology teacher. I believe that teaching and learning is always evoloving. And often times, depends on the students and what they have to offer. I would hope teachers are flly prepared to give students the tools they need to succeed in the future.

My thoughts are that it is unfortuante that jobs have to be cut in order to supply prominent teachers with the money they deserve. In a perfect world everyone would have a job with a sufficent amount of pay. But, then again, we do not live in a perfect world. Therefore, I agree that it is understandable to cut or fire those teachers that do not benefit the children and increase the pay of those teachers that do.

my thoughts are Marketing schools should ot be included within a teachers job requirments. They should be able to have the time that they need to create extensive and impressive lesson programs to teach the kids appropriate materal that will help them advance far in life. This should be the main focus of teachers; not trying to make their school sound desirable.
