23% of Americans ages 16 and older read an e-book in the past year, up from 16% the year before. The share who read a print book declined to 67%, from 72%.

 "In 2012, we defined recent library users as those who had done one of the following things in the previous twelve months: visited a public library in person, gone on a public library website, or used a cell phone, e-reader or tablet to visit a public library website or access public library resources"...


I still love reading a book at hand, it would be interesting to find out the percentage of people who actually finished reading an e-book versus the percentage of people who actually finished reading a book!!

I can certainly understand their reluctance. As someone who helps individuals self-publish, it's been quite a challenge learning to format for all the different digital versions.
