"The future of work won't be about degrees, it will be about skills". Food for Thought. Is it time that companies re-look at their criteria for entry level hires?  I don't see the formal route of gaining a Uni degree quite out of the window yet, but should there be more onus on graduates possessing intern experience (than pure academics) where it clearly demonstrates skills learnt and a motivation to have had some prior work experience to gain a competitive edge? What do you think?
