In order to be trustworthy as a leader, we have to first trust... When we trust first, there is a better chance that we will connect with others. Some of us have had life experiences that put us in a position where trust led us to experiences, which we thought we did not deserve. So, when working with others, it is a good practice to listen to their experience, look at the facts, and give them the benefit of the doubt. Then, we can establish closer relationships, at work, and  in our close circles.
