How To Capture Ideas at Presentations and Events by Doing Visual Recording on the iPad

Robin Good: Rachel Smith explains in very simple words how you can use your iPad to capture and record visually the key ideas and concepts presented during a lecture, keynote, training class or presentation.

She provides a good round-up of four relevant tools that can be used for this task, analyzing their key pros and cons as well as providing logistic and technical advice on how to best organize and setup yourself for doing visual recording on the iPad.

As similar tools will provide more ready-made icons, templates and patterns available for this kind of real-time idea-capturing, this rare and pioneering visual recording work will begin to catch up even more rapidly.

Very useful. 8/10

Great ideas and excellent modelling from Rachel. I like her suggestion that you can practise using Youtube or TED talks and create your charts as you follow along. Amazing. Thanks for scooping, Rod!

¿Eres Internet adicto?

¿Eres Internet adicto? | LatinAmerican Startups | Scoop.it

Joshua Frazier's curator insight, March 15, 2013 11:53 PM

It seems like incubators serve a great purpose for some areas, but only if it is well managed and well designed. With everyone trying to jump on the trend it seems that there is an implosion emminet. I think they are a great thing for buding entrepreneurs, but when one is developed it has to be purposeful. It cannot be just to jump on the band wagon.

Young entreprenuers, be warned. You may be better off finding a mentor and just jumping in then taking the baby steps utilizing a incubator.

For all your funding needs, consider www.GlobalCEOspace.com

In addition to Sponsorship Experts like Linda Hollander, about a third of the members are investors, including millionaires & billionaires.

CEO SPACE has generated very sizable funding results for large numbers of venture expansions for many nations over 25 years consistently. Billions have been successfully raised over the years from investors relating to worthy projects. Growing numbers of venture private equity and related capital sources are discovering CEO SPACE as a risk reducer, a market of superior deal flow quality, and a far lower footprint for time and cost to do diligence.

Many now send their rejections to CEO SPACE to ramp up for later qualification to the same venture host. About a third of the members are intentional investors some larger with very substantial resources – while another third including professionals seeking on going education credits attend to grow their business with clients and customers but discover the opportunities are sufficiently rich they also invest in projects along their journey.

...all this while all the banks and venture capital firms were sitting on their hands.

Investors love CEO Space for four main reasons, among many....

1) Anonymity & Ability to get to know the principals intimately.

2) More quality deal flow in one place than anywhere on earth.

3) The opportunity to mentor and be mentored, no matter what level of one's stature.

4) The member companies are in a place where they have a lifetime membership with no annual dues and can get on-going advisement from the top business minds in the world.

That's www.GlobalCEOspace.com  which just made the FORBES List for "must" events for Entrepreneurs.
