5. Cinderella – rise, fall, rise
6. Man in a hole – fall, rise

LT-Innovate's insight:

Automating Political Insight into Lobbying Data in Washington

Automating Political Insight into Lobbying Data in Washington | Language Tech Market News | Scoop.it

Hwang’s system (FiscalNote, an AI system using NLP) analyses interests, not just people, and quickly summarizes everything knowable about who is trying to pass what kind of rules about the most obscure topic I can come up with on the spot: “dairy.” A couple more clicks after that, and we’re looking at a summarized version of a bill tackling cybersecurity that the software has considered and rendered a judgment on, when it comes to the probability that it will become law. We’re not talking a rough estimate. There’s a decimal: 78.1 percent.

LT-Innovate's insight:

Long, complicated article on how 2 software packages (FiscalNote and Quorum) is changing knowledge management in the Washington "swamp". No doubt NLG and other cognitive tech will start operating on the big data of big government soon.
