Its for others also, because the need is great, comaints are to but the system acted as if it could careless about the needs of the least few but they didn't know the least few had voices that would be heard for all that apply! And they were ,are and is continuing to speak out for equality of pay rate. |

YES! They deserve even the more support in all areas and all aspects of their job duties and some are not required but some of Home Health Care Employees do things from their heart and out of their pocket so those they are employed to care for dont go without which takes from the employees own and there is no support for the employee but the client does not go without. Yes SUPPORT is NEEDED! |
