Sentiment is growing to move beyond the traditional, book-length monograph to something that might actually help graduate students in their careers.

Attention to digital interface: balance design of digital research tools to accomodate analytical work while also trying to simplify for access Faculty paradigm shift: digital pedagogy for PhD programs. Seems like we are taking employability into account: perhaps alignment of PhDs that grew out of super specializations like the DPT.
