The person i shadowed created the way that the company was going to promote their bathing suits. The way she created it was that she realized that people sometimes like to mix and match their bathing tops with bottoms, and that people didnt always want to buy a set. The way the media print group of Rue21 did is that they put a slide of bathing suits top where you can go through all the tops and then below that they have a categorie that goes through the bottoms that they sell. So when people are looking online for bathing suits they can decide which tops look good with which bottoms and to create your own look.

There is no specific reason that fashion changes over time, but they have an idea. The trends and styles are influenced a lot by the era it was created in. It is decided by the economy, the look of an average person, the hairstyles, and many more aspects. The main reason for this change is the change of people. People change their opinions and love for things very easily. Social networks and movies play a big role in persuading people on what is in style.

People are so intrigued by new fashion trends because they flat out want to fit in. They see a new style and then they try to imitate it exactly so they can be the "popular" kind to have the newest and the best trends they can find. fashion will never stop changing its part of the way we grow. It is a great representation on how our world evolves.

Statistics show that TV advertising is the most effective form. It is very effective due to the mass people always tuning in. The only downfall to TV advertising is the amount of money that it costs to have an ad.

When advertising a product you need to think of the brand that you are going to sell what part of fashion will you see reaccuring in your trends. when you find this aspect that is what you are going to mainly promote to people. when branding a project you need to make sure people are aware fully of your product. The big question that needs answered is what is the most effective way to promote your kind of product.

The pictures that are being flashed at the top were all created by the Brand print team at Rue21. They took the items that the buying team brought to them and created a line the would fit and represent the seasonal line with a signature Rue21 price and look. The brand team put together the outfits the models would wear based on the season and story that they are trying to show. Once they have picked those outfits and sceneries they have to lay it out to show the marketing team and the photographers. When they all come to the agreement that this look and spot works they then take it to the place that they have set up for the shoot. The brand print team will go as well to make sure that this is all working and looks the way that they invisioned. Once this process is completed they then will see their products in magazines and many other advertisment things.

Over the years the ways to promote a product in the fashion industry has changed. They started off just showing in store fronts or maybe even a local fashion show, but now that times have changed they promote their fashion merchandise on websites and social media sources. Now that the times have changed it gives fashion marketers more opportunity to promote their products successfully.

"Fashion is a complex social phenomenon, involving sometimes conflicting motives, such as creating an individual identity and being part of a group, emulating fashion leaders and rebelling against conformity." Fashion is a way of expressing yourself and the interests that you desire. The fashion trends change over time , but they never change completely they always take ideas or certain types of another generations clothing to design a new and improved line.
