The Net Promoter Score is the measure of an organization’s performance through its customer’s eyes. Companies with high NPS scores have long term profitable growth than the average company. The Net Promoter System divides every company’s customers into three categories.  “Promoters” are company enthusiasts who are repeat customers and urge others to do the same. “Passives” are satisfied but half-hearted customers who are easily be wooed by the competition. “Detractors” are unhappy customers threatening to start a bad relationship with the company.
