The International Conference on Intellectual Capital Management (IICM 2013) will be held on 11, 12 September in Zanjan, Iran. The preliminary objective for holding International conference on intellectual capital management (IICM 2013) is bringing together varied groups of people with different perspectives, experiences and knowledge in one location. It aims to help practitioners find ways of putting research into practice and researchers to gain an understanding of real-world problems, needs and aspirations to identifying and surveying intellectual capital development potentials, specifically in Middle East and Iran. Researches show big portion of intellectual capital has not utilized correctly or has misused, because of lacks in identification and assessment, poor communication and relations, weak integrated registration systems, prohibitions, immigrations, low rate of technology achievement index, tardy in globalization and etc.
    So, the intension for holding International Conference on Intellectual Capital Management (IICM 2013) is to clarify certain fundamental concept and also the adoption of managerial approaches in relation to the intellectual capital. Our objective is to introduce some in-depth research in classification, management requirements and models for further defining and evaluating the intellectual capital.
    It seems to us, this conference will be useful for managers and analysts of stock market, lawyers, inventors, patent owners, CEOs especially financial managers of private and public sector, entrepreneurs, lawyers, inventors, patent owners, accountants, teachers and students of related fields. The committee hopes that holding this conference will be effective for organizations to manage and measure the intellectual capital. Naturally we predicted that the novelty of these issues will tail some challenges. We will appreciate if you inform us of your views and comments and our special thanks for sending your researches in this field. We will use your comments and views. "In the video accompanying this column, Nancy engages a group of 10th grade students. From a choice of several books that explore the question of how our social and cultural community or context shape who we are, the students in this group have selected to read The Absolutely True Diary of a Part-Time Indian by Sherman Alexie (Little, Brown and Company, 2007). These students have yet to demonstrate their skills in drawing conclusions from texts. In previous lessons, they made guesses or used their personal experiences to respond to questions and engage in discussion on texts. Nancy is concerned that they won't perform well when given a writing prompt (which is a type of problem a student needs to marshal resources for and solve), particularly this upcoming prompt:

 

"How does our social and cultural community or context shape who we are? After reading The Absolutely True Diary of a Part-Time Indian by Sherman Alexie, identify one or more themes (big ideas) and provide specific evidence from the text to support your analysis. Remember to apply insight by citing small but important details, and address the complicated issues that Alexie raises in the short story.1 

 

"As you watch Nancy support four students' learning, note the actions of the other students. Some are working on computers, drafting their responses to the writing prompt. Others are reading in their selected books or talking quietly in their book clubs. Nancy works with four students who've all read the same text. Other students are reading this text, but their assessment data indicates that they are drawing conclusions with evidence and don't need the small-group lesson at this time."

Educators have long recognized the importance and applicability of critical reflection across a wide range of educational settings, yet in practice it remains a challenging and nebulous concept for many to firmly grasp. In education, the concept of reflection dates back to the work of John Dewey (1933), who defined it as “active, persistent and careful consideration of any belief or supposed form of knowledge in the light of the grounds that support it and the further conclusion to which it tends” (p. 9). Dewey was the first to point out that experience alone does not constitute learning; instead, a conscious realization must occur for the experience to become a source of learning.

In examining the depth of reflection, Rogers (2001) made an influential and careful study and synthesis, while Peltier, Hay, and Drago (2005) put forward a way to evaluate different levels of reflective thinking, which include habitual actions, understanding, reflection, and critical reflection (refer to Weimer, 2012). Yet the void of ecologically valid classroom-based research on incorporating reflection to improve student learning has left teachers largely on their own when it comes to creating opportunities for reflection in their courses.

احتراماً با توجه به عقد تفاهم نامه رسمی بین ریاست همایش به شماره الف/130205با ریاست مرکز محترم اطلاعات علمی جهاد دانشگاهی جناب آقای احمد قاضی زاهدی امکان نمایه سازی مقالات منتخب در تارگاه قدرتمند (SID) و ارائه گواهی به مقالات منتخب فراهم شده است. و نام همایش در لیست همایش های معتبر کشور درج شد. 1394/07/27ادامه مطلب

 
 
هشدار نسبت به سرقت علمی 
دبيرخانه همایش جهت احترام به پژوهشگران کشور و ترویج فرهنگ صداقت و امانت داری در کار علمی، اصالت تمامي مقالات را با دقت مورد بررسي قرار می دهد. بنابراین از آنجا که مسئولیت صحت و اعتبار علمی و ادبی مقاله ارسال شده، بر عهده نویسندگان و فرد فرستنده مقاله می باشد، در صورت اثبات سرقت علمی، مراتب به صورت مکتوب به مراجع ذیصلاح اعلام می شود. و با متخلف برخورد قانونی می گردد. 1394/07/24ادامه مطلب

پژوهشگران گرامی;
براساس تفاهم نامه های صورت گرفته، تمامی مقالات پذیرش شده در این کنفرانس به انتخاب نویسندگان، در مجلات معتبر بین المللی با درجه های علمی ISI و ISC چاپ خواهند شد. لیست مجلات متعاقبا از طریق همین وب سایت و پس از اعلام پذیرش مقالات و ثبت نام نویسندگان در کنفرانس، اطلاع رسانی خواهد شد.
