Mainstream journalists expose 9/11 hoax

Mainstream journalists expose 9/11 hoax | International Politics | Scoop.it
Several leading American mainstream journalists say that the US government is lying about 9/11 and the so-called war on terror. Unfortunately, media owners and editors won’t let them report their findings.
Kate-Lyn's Tut group's insight:

Should this be true then the politics involved in absolute everything the USA has played a role in regarding their war on terror was planned and absolutely sickeningly so. The ramifications that would come from this should it prove to be true would be massive and the modern day world would not be the same - Brad

Obamacare Will Save Lives: Trying to Kill It Is Cruel, Stupid, and Deadly

Obamacare Will Save Lives: Trying to Kill It Is Cruel, Stupid, and Deadly | International Politics | Scoop.it
Why Ted Cruz and the Republicans' anti-Obamacare crusade means life and death for millions of Americans—like me.
Kate-Lyn's Tut group's insight:

Obamacare is something that we've all heard of, just not really completely understood, at least that was my understanding of our understanding, really. I never really understood why people opposed something that - politically and socially. From the outside looking in, seemed so right and needed. This article shows us the need for Obamacare and how it is/will making/make a difference. Personally I think it should be a concept that many other countries adopt, albeit with a criteria set in place beforehand. It's also an extremely easy to read article.

Government shutdown: GOP moderates huddle as conservatives set agenda

Government shutdown: GOP moderates huddle as conservatives set agenda | International Politics | Scoop.it
A small but growing group of House Republicans is increasingly worried about the fallout from the government shutdown.
Kate-Lyn's Tut group's insight:

The recent admission that the US government might "shut down" has shocked the world and proved the spark that angry republicans have been searching for to ignite their fierce battle against the democrats and Obama. The avoidance of a fiscal cliff crisis late last year was avoided however it's effetcs are still being felt. The voting in of new bills has been set highly on the republicans agenda. The situation that the USA currently finds itself in is political at its core, however economics and social structures also need to be addressed ASAP. - Brad
