Key points: 1) m-learning will continue to grow but tablets are better for training and smartphones are better for supplemental info and job aids. 2) Gamification in elearning is increasing and we need to learn how to do it better (no surprise there!). 3) Realistic storytelling and scenarios evoke emotions in learners making the material more memorable. 4) Effective communication remains the most important element to professional success.  -- These are all great points msot of us are familiar with. So, howdo you plan on leveraging these tools and improving your own skills in these areas?
