Why Apple's A7 chip will really shine in the iPad Air

Why Apple's A7 chip will really shine in the iPad Air | informatique | Scoop.it

The new A7 processor in Apple's latest tablets and phones will help that even more. At first glance, this is nothing new. Every processor generation ends up being faster and more energy efficient in some way or another, so it's rare that a new CPU itself ends up being news outside of hardcore PC enthusiast circles.

Getting away from the normal routine will recharge your batteries and enable you to deal with your business challenges in a more effective way. You will unplug from your situation, see things from a different perspective and bring new ideas to deal with your problems.
Great advice by Eric Wagner that will help you avoid burnout and give you the chance to rejuvenate and refocus. Go for it :)

Seth Robinson's curator insight, August 27, 2013 3:05 PM

An interesting perspective on how to gain new insight and edge on your business... To step back, and remove yourself from it all so that you can spend time thinking about your business and innovative ways to get ahead.

Ashleigh Dawley's curator insight, August 27, 2013 3:28 PM

While vacation is nice get away from the normal grind of work it can have real benefits to not only your work ethic, but also what your "vision" of work is. I think that the point about how people get stuck working "in" their business that they forget to work "on" their business is really insightful and got me really thinking about myself and our families business.

Daniel Watson's curator insight, November 12, 2013 6:01 PM

A business owner's day is filled with multiple conversations, and the effectiveness of these conversations over time, will determine the level of success that the business ultimately achieves.

Unfortunately, many business owners are not as adept as they believe that they are, when it comes to conducting effective conversations across the broad spectrum of people with whom they need to converse.

This excellent article, suggests that business owners must practise the practical and personal skills of communication to be effective leaders, and it identifies seven interaction sins to avoid in communicating with others to achieve desired outcomes.

Tony Phillips's curator insight, November 14, 2013 5:23 PM

Leaders must have high levels of self awareness and flexibility. It is more that technical expertise.

Patrice McDonough's curator insight, November 20, 2013 1:26 PM

We seem to have lost the art of having meaningful conversations without upsetting each other. Can we learn to be more objective and less personal in our efforts to co-exist in the workplace? It's a skill for sure
