Comcast’s brilliant new way to retain subscribers: Refuse to let them cancel | The Information Experience | Scoop.it
Nathan Posten's insight:

We've all experienced poor customer service whether at a restaurant, when making a purchase, or when calling a support line. Previously we've had little recourse but to endure those infuriating moments, then complain later to those in our social circle. Use these strategies to increase click-through rates and purchases when presenting choices.
Nathan Posten's insight:

Being able to select the perfect shirt from dozens of racks and scores of colors might be great, but when it comes to software I don't want endless options and neither do your customers.
