WASHINGTON — The U.S. government will likely be required to send back to the ports all proceeds from the Harbor Maintenance Tax under soon-to-be-enacted legislation, eventually resulting in hundreds of millions of dollars per year in federal money flowing back to seaports.

Pacific Industrial is a privately held real estate investment and development firm exclusively focused on industrial real estate in Southern California.  With over 3 million square feet of development projects in the pipeline and several key acquisitions underway, the firm is seeking to add a full time Controller to its growing and dynamic team.

 

The Controller will manage all aspects of financial reporting and analysis related to the management of several portfolio properties.  The ideal candidate will be a CPA with experience in financial reporting for a variety of entities, a strong working knowledge of GAAP for real estate companies, knowledge of real estate construction accounting, experience with tenant leases, and management of commercial properties.  This position will report directly to the Partner & CFO.
