This is one suit where I have to back the little guy for their efforts. I'm just saying... imagine if the commercial agents started to give you bad data.. how long would it take for your product to become worthless.

I am a firm believer that a shortage of parking in a building can greatly lower its potential. The idea that tenants are giving up their cars so less parking is needed may not be a wise option to follow.
