- Do we provide working conditions and do we conduct safety check regularly

-Do we provide adequate training for staff

Caitlin Bayley's insight:

Everything is always changing and developing such as, the introduction of technology. We need to be willing to be adaptable in the way we think. This relates to OH&S as we need to be more observant and think outside the box as there are always new problems/issues that arise within organisations. This means as a person thinking of heading into the OH&S side we need to be willing to take into account all aspects no matter what our opinions are.

Caitlin Bayley's insight:

This may no entirely relate to the industry I want to go into but it relates as we may think we are doing the right thing by taking on more work then we are allowed or can handle. Dangerous situations can be right under our nose without even realising such as this home care child centre with not having a lock on the chemicals and alcohol door. Also this can related to management as we are often deal with a majority group of people and we need to have our eyes out for all OHS issues that could potentially arise harming our working conditions for our employees
