2. Liverpool FC used the IRIS Ticketing as a solution in order to deliver a programme of enhancements for the TALENT Sport ticketing system. In this way,  the fans' experience with a new queuing system would be tranformed and also moving the software onto a new IBM server would improve the performance.

 

3. The club increased its capacity upto 250%. With the help of this system, the club is now able to support over 750 concurrent users. They were able to handle 100,000 ticket sales within four days without any breakdown. In this way, they improved customer service and ensured supporters' loyalty.

3. With the solution Riverbend Tech offers, they would have their banwidth optimized without any loss of quality. 

 

3. It is stated that KBL staff would send up to 5 TB of information over the network for each month but now the volume is reduced to 1.8 TB which meant a decrease of 65%.  Also the optimization of network capacity was achieved without any quality loss. There is now an increased quality of the network service by implementation of this solution.
