When I feel lost or indifferent to what I'm living

When I feel lost or indifferent to what I'm living | What does the moon have to do with nutrition? | Scoop.it
Sandra Alvim's insight:

When I feel lost or indifferent to what I'm living, when I lack purpose when I attempt to better something but I end up in the same place, when I make plans and never accomplish them, or when many obstacles force me to stop my journey ... I'm probably out of alignment with my lunar nodes. When I chase something and life just takes me to another place far from what I seek, or when I attract relationships that divert me from my direction or relationships with people who do not share my dreams and I end up lonely in my way ... I know I'm not likely aligned with my lunar nodes.

Does one of these cases sounds like you or anybody you know? Do you feel like its time to have a transformation and finally live the life you deserve and came here to enjoy?

Please read your karmic report and sync your soul with its purpose.

Because you become what you eat, you also eat what your body craves in order to create physical and emotional balance.
We all know that when we are hungry we get upset. Some people can go crazy when they are on an empty stomach, because there’s a direct connection between foods and emotions and the moon dictates how you express this connection.

Knowing your moon sign and understanding how to use your strengths and handle your down side can help you effectively shed those extra pounds and optimize your health with the appropriate foods.

Moon in Aries
Your element is Fire and Mars is your ruler.

Your strengths
You are energetic, you are the initiator. You are creative and unique in many ways. You act very quickly (sometimes too quickly) which surprises others and yourself.

You are active and sporty, but it's not just any sport like golf or some such, we’re talking extreme sports, like car racing, motocross, hand gliding and or highly competitive sports. You like to compete and you are courageous.

Your weakness
Your emotions are extreme, and when you are angry…. well you don’t want to go there…
You are impatient and you are hyper. You are very competitive and you can go from 0 to a 100 in your mood swings.
You are prone to tantrums and explosions of anger, which is quickly forgotten but not so quickly by the ones you struck.

Your mother
The moon sign represents the safety (or lack thereof) you received from your mother when you were a baby, how you were fed and nourished.
We give love the way we learned to receive love.
Your mother was active, lively, spunky, impatient and a fighter and you weren’t exactly babied. She probably had a lot going on in her life and you learned to be independent from an early age, so for you to compromise and follow rules is a tough task. You like to do things your way.

The down side was that she was always angry and irritable with her baby’s needs and that’s exactly how you learned to give love to others… You are impatient with others' emotions and you are angry and irritable with anyone who threatens your freedom, even relating to your eating habits.

Your eating habits
You tend to eat in a hurry, and you don’t give yourself time to have a meal in a calm place. You may skip meals and then you eat too much to compensate. You tend to eat ‘whatever’ and ‘whenever.’ You don’t care about eating junk food, or all kinds of wrong foods.
You eat what you want to eat not what you should eat.
When you are angry or you lose control of a situation you tend to compensate with food.

Your physical imbalances
You tend to have an unstable and upsetting metabolism, a low immune system and you are prone to inflammations in your body, fevers and headaches. You have ups and downs in your energy level and you could have blood related problems. Your iron level could be low and your digestive system can be upset as well.
You tend to maintain toxin levels in your body and blood.

Females born under the Aries moon tend to eat chocolate or sweets to compensate for frustrations and stress which just increase inflammations in the body.

How to neutralize the imbalances and optimize your health
You would benefit very much from a blood cleansing diet. If you do well with raw foods, have raw vegetables, fruits and brown rice for one week. Drink lots of water.

Your liver absorbs anger and needs to be detoxified once in a while too. Your liver is responsible for processing, converting, distributing and maintaining the body’s fuel supply.

You should organize your meals weekly. Shop once a week, clean your vegetables, store them and leave some semi-prepared meals in your refrigerator in order to spend the least amount of time you can in the kitchen when you are hungry.

Unless you are a vegetarian, try to eat meat or fish; you need protein to maintain your energy level up. Cayenne pepper is excellent to maintain your immune system levels. Use it in every meal. Stay away from junk food. Sugar is your number 1 enemy because it increases inflammations.

If you feel you are too impatient and anxious, use a floral remedy called Rescue to lower your anxiety.
You MUST eat slowly and chew your food up to 20 times, dear Aries Moon.
Don’t argue when you are eating. Listen to calming and soothing music when you have your meals.
Try to organize your life, and take some time to meditate and relax daily.
Try to focus on the NOW.
You need a lot of fuel and energy to keep your energy recharging.
Exercise daily.

Pontos fortes –
Você é enérgico(a), é o(a) iniciador(a).
