In fact nanotechnology gives the opportunity to create more and more things. All this has become possible by application of new physical instruments and also by further diminution of present mycrosystems. Nowadays we can see all this tinys particles in new textil and in cosmetic. It's also the best meaning to realize the new technology particularly in food. It's useful to create a new production of food variety or others. Some debates are created by the fear of population because nanotechnology is new and will generate a lot of questioning about the risks.

This article was written by Steve Boggan a journalist of the  « Guardians »,a famous English newspaper.  

We don't know anything about the risks of nanotechnology in food.. Industry argues that the microscopic size of these agents allows  them particles will degrade easier. Food safety experts argue that little size also means they could end up and accumulate anywhere in our bodies. that is obvious that the safety issue is very important and demands further research. As Boggan concludes, if consumers don't talk as they did with GM foodstuffs, nanotechnology could be on our table.

This article deals with nanotechnology in food, their new place in the feeding and their properties. Nanotechnology has many advantages on different nutritional aspects. This article was written in 2009 by the writer Jessica Lyons, the journalist of website “Environmental Leader”, her articles deal with green energy. This website is  influence by green politics. The article establishes "Top Ten" of nanotechnology’s uses in food. And now we know that the nanotechnology is used for conservation of the food, she is already in antimicrobial packaging. It’s like an edible Cling film who kill bacteria and there is also the green packaging, which is made with biodegradable condiments. Moreover, we can see also a reduction of pesticide in those packaging, which is a better thing for the alimentation. But are there any risks? We didn’t know that because in this article we have only the top ten but, is there any risk ?
