Base on the article, we can see that the quality of the construction is very important to the development of a resort. Nowadays, most of the customer refers to go to a beautiful and modern hotel rather than an old hotel. Without changing and investment in re-build the construction, the resort cannot attract the customer and increase their revenue. In addition, if one hotel in the town upgrades their construction, it will create the competitive and make the other hotels have to change their strategy as well. Therefore, the quality of hotel and resort in Blackpool will be raised. The investment in this town not only good for tourism in Blackpool in particular, but also contributes to the country's tourism industry to develop more. Moreover, this also has shown the ambition and the interest of the government in Blackpool about hotel and resort sector.

Music is the language of spirit, the combination of the emotions. People's life surely be boring without music. Many researches have shown that music can helps to improve about physique, feeling, cognitive and creativity. Therefore, music should be taken into account if you want to be successful in hospitality field. Many people who is going to open a restaurant just care about customer service, profit, occupancy except music. In fact, if the customers have to choose 2 different restaurants to go in that have the same quality. They usually refer to go to the restaurant where the good music has. Restaurant and Hotels is where customer comes to remove their pressure and stress after work. Thus, good music will help them feel peace in mind. Music combine with good food and glass of wine is beautiful. In addition, music also helps customer have reasonable behaviours, they will be friendly and their request and complain will be reduced, this will help the staffs who work in customer service area have more advantages to serve these customers. Therefore, customer service will be increased and receive positive feedbacks from them.

Studies have confirmed that in restaurants there is a significant difference in average spend depending on the music being played; one study concluded that classical music leads to higher spending when compared to pop or no music.

In my point of view, music is one essential element to any business in the hospitality industry. For example, when you want your customer to dine faster, you play fast rhythm music; when you want customer to spend time longer in the restaurant to enjoy the dining experience with food and wine, you play gentle music like pop-ballad or jazz or even live music. Depend on the time of dining (breakfast, lunch or dinner), the business can come up with different kind of music to suit with the occasion. For example, in the hotel, we can play jazz music when breakfast starts at 6.30 in the morning and in the night, we can play modern young melody for the bar.

Although its price is high and does not suit with people who do not have much money, it is still an MUST visit place for visitor. Spend couple of days in this hotel; the customer can get the experiences that they never have before such as having meals and sightseeing under the ocean surrounded by fish. In addition, visitors can see the mysterious beauty of sealife .This hotel provide luxury service such as restaurant and lounge, swimming pool, luxury spa and hydrotherapy centre, gift shop and tennis courts as well as a nine-hole golf course and scuba diving. However, every coin has two sides; the hotel’s building has devastated ecological balance and affected some kinds of marine plants. Moreover, in emergency case such as fire or earthquake, there are just only two exits for the customer to get out of the hotels. This shows a lack of necessary solutions in dangerous case.

Fantastic!!! I strongly support for this idea that room service should include groceries. Room groceries are not only an interesting kind of room service but also good techniques to attract customers come to the hotel. Base on many surveys, most of customers feel annoyed with looking for groceries in the new place. There is nothing better than the hotel supply fresh groceries directly to their room. This service will help customers save time and energy. They just need to stay in their own room and order whatever they want. Customers usually prefer to stay in the hotel which helps them feel comfortable like their home rather than a normal hotel. For that reason healthy food delivery options will be an important step to bring the comforts and lifestyle of home to guests. In addition, in a competitive environment, which hotel has good service will take advantage to maximize their revenue and customers satisfaction. Although supply groceries for guests could make hotel's revenue dropped. However, it will help to improve the amount of customers and also increase the fame of the hotel. In my opinion, i think that a good customer service is much more important than profit, provide fresh groceries to the customer are necessary and should be encouraged.

According to the article, free Wi-Fi is gradually becoming an indispensable part in each hotel.  More and more customers want to be provided free Wi-Fi whenever they come to the hotel and that is the reason why the hotel sector has to change their operation to satisfy the customer. Base on many surveys on HotelChatter.com which is a famous website about hotel and resort advisor, 43% of tourist want to choose a hotel that supplies free Wi-Fi as their destination meanwhile in China this number has raised up to 70%. There are two reasons that make free Wi-Fi become popular in this industry. Firstly, the number of customer who owns smart phone and tablet has been increasing rapidly in recent years. Secondly, the hotel has realised the benefits of providing free Wi-Fi to the customer. Therefore, in the future, I believe that free Wi-Fi will be taken into account when people discuss about the service quality of the hotel. Free Wi-Fi not only help the hotel attract the customer come to increase the profit but also show off the professional work style of the hotel. This is really a funny rule of a hotel. Meanwhile many hotels around the world are listening customer's feedback carefully to improve their customer service, this hotel choose to avoid it by a fine. They have not understood the importance of customer's review and do not giving necessary respect for the customers. Fundamentals of business is listening to the customer, they have the right to say what they feel are not satisfied, by which we acquire and solve problems. Putting hotel's benefit on the top could leads hotel's reputation is affected, thus decrease the number of customer come to the hotel.
