FBI Says It Violated Fourth Amendment

The FBI regularly vilolates some peoples fourth amendment rights but have good reason for it. They use call records to keep track of terrists and pretty much just as security. This is viloating your right to not be searched unreasonably because it is listening to a private conversation without probable cause to search you.

Pop "Blog" Culture: How Toll Authorities Violate the 7th Amendment

In the article the man is practicing his constitusional right by rufusing to pay a fine that was unfairly given to him. The man was not driving the car and they gave him a ticket without having a juried trial. That is violating the seventh amendment.

Everyone in the United States is protected under the amendments and that includes kids. Yes the girl in this article was caught violating school rules but the principal had no right to search her bag. A search should only be conducted with a warrent. Also kids should not have to worry about their presonalbeing belongings  unreasonably searched in school because it is their property and unless they are a harm to the school they should not be searched.

People complain that being searched at airports is an violation of their first ammendment. They say that there has to be another way to keep airplanes safe without being violated, but there really isn't another way.

Causal Pepper spray

A group of studients at the University of Californial were peacefully protesting during a riot taking place at their school.  A police officer walked along the studients pepper spraying each of them. They were excersizing their constitonal right, and are protected under the constitution, therefore he had no right to pepper spray them.
