Here's To A Glass Half Full, Genuinely Properous New Year
According to the Joint Center of Housing at Harvard University, “…low interest rates and weak prices have made homeownership more affordable than in decades. Several strong months of private sector job growth in early 2011 provide encouraging signs of a housing market rebound. With inventories of new homes at historic lows, a turnaround in demand could quickly result in tighter markets. Over the longer term, the number of younger households is set to rise sharply, supporting growth in the population that fuels growth in both new renters and first-time buyers.”
