Took about 20 minute start to finish to have hot peanut buttery goodness. 

Agi Anderson's insight:

This Healthy Fitness Foodie made  modified version of these peanut butter cookies.  Not only did I use less sugar, I used coconut sugar. and added 3 table spoons of peanut butter chips.  Also used organic peanut butter powder, along with almond butter. They're good, but next time will modify slightly. Not too sweet, want to make a better consistency.

This is how I make Ghee (clarified butter). I use unsalted Kerrygold butter. Kerrygold is not the cheapest butter, but it makes fantastic ghee.
