My thoughts

I feel like all 25 tips are going to help me run faster and fun for longer periods at a time. I can do 1 lap around the football field in 1 min 8 sec's, but i get tired, so my next lap might take me 2 in a half minutes. These steps help me stay on pace and not slow down every lap.

My thoughts

I think this is a very good article explaining how to get better at running and how to work your way up to becoming a marathon runner if that's ultimately what you want to achieve. I like how it gave you good tips on how to run and tell you what you don't want to do as well.

“You have to wonder at times what you’re doing out there. Over the years, I’ve given myself a thousand reasons to keep running, but it always comes back to where it started. It comes down to self-satisfaction and a sense of achievement.” (Steve Prefontaine, American middle and long-distance runner)

My Thoughts

I believe this article has lots of great tips on running, and what the purpose for runing is. The article gave me a good idea about why people really do run. we don't all run to lose weight or to become more healthy. We also run a lot when we're excited. This article had proof and facts top back up everything it said and this is probably one of the better articles on running that I have read.

Weird to read what the body is actually doing during a 30 minute run. And all along I thought it was just saying "stop please!!!"
