- eating much fast food is bad consudering than produce, overwieght, and in some case fatigue , illnes, that can ocassione in strike respiratory. 

 

- eating much candy is not recomend for your health because ascent of tension and illnes who diabetes, illnes that can produce the kill.

 

- not drinking minimun eight (8) cup of water the day can ocassione dehydration your body and can faint.

 

- duties eating fruts considering taht help to preserve energy for the day. 

 

- having one balanced diet is good because the proportion nutrition and proteine to your body.
