While we know that drinking sodas are not a good idea, drinking plain water can be boring at times when we crave for something different. I love this and personally use this idea at home. It gives another alternative to drinking water, but adds spice into it such that the water is subtly and naturally flavoured. The best part is, you get to eat the fruits after you're done!

I felt that this was appropriate as snacks are the number 1 provider of sugar and fat in one's diet and tend to disrupt a person's eating habits. However, sometimes hunger cannot be avoided - people just need to eat. I like this video because not only are the snacks easy to make, they are healthier than store-bought snacks and more wholesome.

Quinoa can be found in the health food section of supermarkets that is a great substitute for those allergic to gluten. I once bought a bag of quinoa but did not know what to do with it after sprinkling it on my salad. Hence, I thought this was useful and informative and a great encouragement to eat better. Nothing gets a person down more than having little or no ideas on how to eat better.

I felt that I hit a gold mine when I found this link! 100 chicken recipes that are extremely doable and not mundane, plus, who doesn't love chicken? The other great thing about this is that one gets to mix up ingredients in each recipe to suit one's tastebuds. Throw in healthier cooking alternatives (e.g. baking and not frying) and one is good to go.

One thing that is guaranteed to catch a person's attention is pretty visuals, and this is no exception. Not only is salad extremely beneficial to one's diet, the video shows how it can look even more appetising, encouraging people to make salad straight away.
