5. Almonds (or nuts in general) 
Almonds are a prime source of essential fatty acids. These are vital as they provide the raw material for a man's healthy production of hormones. Try lighting some almond-scented candles to encourage her mood and snack on some (but not too many) yourself to store up energy for your performance.

6. Mangoes, peaches and strawberries

There you are — under the covers, disrobed, fooling around with some sexy mystery hunk. Suddenly, you catch a glimpse of his face and … it’s your old third-grade math teacher?


Yep, you were having a sex dream, and that doesn’t mean you’re weird or have a raving sex drive. On the contrary, research shows that most Americans dream about sex often: About 8 percent of nighttime reveries involve some sort of sexual Activity, according to a University of Montreal study, with women getting it on in dreamland just as frequently as men. But just why do we have sex dreams? And what does it mean when the other person involved is your boss, your best friend, a young Ringo Starr — or even all three at the same time? “All Dreams, even sex dreams, can be easily connected to things going on in your life,” says Ian Wallace, a dream psychologist and author of The Top 100 Dreams: The Dreams That We All Have and What They Really Mean. “And every character in your dream represents a small snippet of your own personality.” Wallace explains it like this: When someone pops up in your sex dream, it doesn’t necessarily imply you want to be intimate with this person. Instead, he or she probably possesses some admirable personality trait (such as leadership skills, kindness, or a flair for fashion) that you recognize in yourself but haven’t yet fully developed. “Showing off your talents and traits requires that you open up and become vulnerable and exposed,” says Wallace — just like sex (which is why your snoozing psyche converts it into this extremely intimate act). Psychologist Gillian Holloway, PhD, agrees: On her dream interpretation Web site, she explains that while some sex dreams may simply be “wish fulfillment” (you probably won’t be able to score with this person in real life, so you resort to your dreams), sex dreams are usually more complex, reflecting your own personal desires and fears. Here’s a look at who’s showing up in your racy reveries — and why. What It Means When Your Sex Dream Stars… Your boss. Workplace romps may be the most universal sex dream, according to Wallace. But if you and your boss are getting it on in the Land of Nod, does that mean should cut back on those one-on-one meetings or skip next week’s happy hour? Probably not. “Sure, you may be sexually attracted to your boss,” says Wallace. “But if you’re having sex with him in a dream, your subconscious is probably becoming aware of your own ability to make decisions and act as a leader.” So once you shake that post-sex-dream awkwardness, perhaps you should schedule a date with your boss … to discuss your future with the company. Your friend. Not again! You’ve established a completely platonic relationship with a member of the opposite sex — and suddenly he’s got a leading role in your sex dream. What’s going on? You can chalk this up to your pal having a quality that you admire or see in yourself. Explains Wallace: “People often tell me, ‘I have a friend. He’s ugly; he kind of smells — but I keep dreaming about sex with him. Am I mad?” Quit the worrying. He probably has some talent (his karaoke skills?) that your subconscious is working to develop. Your crush. It seems like a no-brainer that the person you’re infatuated will star in your sex dream — but why you’re Fantasizing about him in your sleep isn’t as obvious. “It’s easy to assume this means you want to have sex with that person,” says Wallace. “But you’re actually being drawn to one of his emotional or spiritual qualities.” (And you thought you had a dirty mind!) A celebrity. After bosses, celebrities are the most common headliners in our sex dreams, says Wallace. And interestingly enough, the University of Montreal study found that women were twice as likely as men to have nighttime fantasies about sleeping with a famous person. What’s going on? Even though a romp in the hay with Jennifer Aniston or Denzel Washington may sound like a dream come true, your psyche is simply recognizing a talent you have in common with the star. Your ex. You thought you were finally over him, and suddenly he’s back in your dreams — naked. Why must our minds torture us so? According to Wallace, if you’re dreaming about an ex-lover, it could mean that you’re unknowingly repeating bad habits from your failed relationship. Consider this type of sex dream a red flag. Your partner having an affair with someone else. If you’re honey “strayed” while you were snoozing, don’t be too quick to worry about what’s going on in real life. This sex nightmare probably has a lot more to with you than him. “When you dream that your partner is having an affair, it may mean that you’re losing faith in your own abilities or attractiveness,” says Wallace. Perhaps all you need is a confidence boost, and it’ll be you — not that forbidden mistress — starring in your sex dream. A stranger. “When people have sex dreams about strangers, the unknown person is often wearing a mask or has no face,” says Wallace. Who is this mysterious intruder? It’s just your subconscious telling you to unmask that talent you’ve been hiding. And according Holloway’s dream interpretation Web site, it may also mean that you’re discovering qualities you want in a partner — even though you haven’t found him yet. Your family member. Eek! Having a sex dream with your sibling or parent sounds icky, creepy, and just plain wrong — but Wallace insists it’s completely normal. And once again, it all boils down to your kin’s character. If your dad, sister, or great uncle has some trait that you admire or recognize in yourself, watch out: You may just end up in bed with them … in your dreams, of course. Bottom line? There’s no need to take that X-rated head trip too literally or start fretting about problems in your real-world sex life. Consider your sex dream the wakeup call you needed to get to know yourself better.

Breast Cancer is a disease that not only breaks down a woman emotionally but also physically and financially. So Every woman wants to know what she can do to lower her risk of breast cancer.

Risk Factors
1)Being a Woman
Just being a woman is the biggest risk factor for developing breast cancer. There are about 190,000 new cases of invasive breast cancer and 60,000 cases of non-invasive breast cancer this year in Indian women.

2)Age
As with many other diseases, your risk of breast cancer goes up as you get older. About two out of three invasive breast cancers are found in women 55 or older.

3)Family History
Women with close relatives who've been diagnosed with breast cancer have a higher risk of developing the disease. If you've had one first-degree female relative (sister, mother, daughter) diagnosed with breast cancer, your risk is doubled.

4)Genetics
About 5% to 10% of breast cancers are thought to be hereditary, caused by abnormal genes passed from parent to child.

5)Personal History of Breast Cancer
If you've been diagnosed with breast cancer, you're 3 to 4 times more likely to develop a new cancer in the other breast or a different part of the same breast. This risk is different from the risk of the original cancer coming back (called risk of recurrence).

6)Certain Breast Changes
If you've been diagnosed with certain benign (not cancer) breast conditions, you may have a higher risk of breast cancer. There are several types of benign breast conditions that affect breast cancer risk

7)Race/Ethnicity
White women are slightly more likely to develop breast cancer than African American, Hispanic, and Asian women. But African American women are more likely to develop more aggressive, more advanced-stage breast cancer that is diagnosed at a young age.

8)Being Overweight
Overweight and obese women have a higher risk of being diagnosed with breast cancer compared to women who maintain a healthy weight, especially after menopause. Being overweight also can increase the risk of the breast cancer coming back (recurrence) in women who have had the disease.

9)Pregnancy History
Women who haven’t had a full-term pregnancy or have their first child after age 30 have a higher risk of breast cancer compared to women who gave birth before age 30.

10)Breastfeeding History
Breastfeeding can lower breast cancer risk, especially if a woman breastfeeds for longer than 1 year.

11)Menstrual History
Women who started menstruating (having periods) younger than age 12 have a higher risk of breast cancer later in life. The same is true for women who go through menopause when they're older than 55.

12)Using HRT (Hormone Replacement Therapy)
Current or recent past users of HRT have a higher risk of being diagnosed with breast cancer. Since 2002 when research linked HRT and risk, the number of women taking HRT has dropped dramatically.

13)Drinking Alcohol
Research consistently shows that drinking alcoholic beverages -- beer, wine, and liquor -- increases a woman's risk of hormone-receptor-positive breast cancer.

14)Having Dense Breasts
Research has shown that dense breasts can be 6 times more likely to develop cancer and can make it harder for mammograms to detect breast cancer.

15)Lack of Exercise
Research shows a link between exercising regularly at a moderate or intense level for 4 to 7 hours per week and a lower risk of breast cancer

16)Smoking
Smoking causes a number of diseases and is linked to a higher risk of breast cancer in younger, premenopausal women. Research also has shown that there may be link between very heavy second-hand smoke exposure and breast cancer risk in postmenopausal women.


Emerging Risks:

Low of Vitamin D Levels
Research suggests that women with low levels of vitamin D have a higher risk of breast cancer. Vitamin D may play a role in controlling normal breast cell growth and may be able to stop breast cancer cells from growing.

Eating Unhealthy Food
Diet is thought to be at least partly responsible for about 30% to 40% of all cancers. No food or diet can prevent you from getting breast cancer. But some foods can make your body the healthiest it can be, boost your immune system, and help keep your risk for breast cancer as low as possible.

Retirement conjures up images of spending more time with family and paring down a bucket list, but the reality can be quite different without adequate financial planning.  Here's a guide to what experts say are the five most common mistakes people make when they retire.
Mistake No.1: Not having a plan Some pre-retirees fail to sufficiently consider what they would like to accomplish after leaving the workforce. According to Christine Fahlund, a senior financial planner at T. Rowe Price, it's essential for people who are considering retirement to identify what activities are going to be interesting and challenging for them in retirement. "In addition, it is very important for married couples to communicate with one another about what each one wants to do in retirement," she says. "The discussion will provide a good idea of how much it will cost to make their respective visions a reality."
Mistake No. 2: Not enough funds If pre-retirees expect they will live on much less money in retirement, Fahlund suggests trying to cut down and make lifestyle changes before retirement to see if its viable. Kevin Worthley, a certified financial planner, says it's essential for pre-retirees to analyze how their retirement income needs will match up with retirement resources. Mistake No. 3: Not calculating rising costs of living Worthley says many people fail to calculate inflation, or rising costs of living, when evaluating how much they will need in retirement. "Over the course of a 20-year retirement, the amount of dollars needed to sustain your lifestyle could double," he says. Thomas Corley, author of Rich Habits - The Daily Success Habits of Wealthy Individuals, says that if retirees are not adequately invested in equities, their retirement assets will not be able to keep pace with inflation. He adds that shifting assets away from equities and into fixed-income investments "robs each retirement dollar of real value."
Mistake No. 4: Not accounting for long-term care expenses Worthley says it is imperative for retirees to account for long-term care expenses, which can give any savings a significant blow. "People are living longer, medical advances are increasing ... and medical costs are growing faster than nearly every other CPI (Consumer Price Index) component," Worthley says, adding that the rules for Medicaid qualification are "getting tougher." "Seriously consider long-term care insurance as part of a good retirement income plan," he advises.
Mistake No. 5 Relying too much on Social Security Worthley also says many retirees rely too heavily on Social Security income for their living expenses. "The system is under heavy financial strain already, and the so-called baby boomers are just starting to retire," he says. "Who knows what Social Security will look like in five, 10 or 20 years?" Fahlund recommends that retirees create an emergency fund with approximately three to six months' worth of expenses stowed in a money market account or short-term bond fund. "In addition, they should think about a long-term emergency fund for unexpected expenses, such as a roof that suddenly needs replacing or a grown child moving back home after a job loss or divorce," she adds.

Some of us get into our car, drive to office, work on a computer, play on our mobile phones, drive home and work on our computer and play on the phone again in the evening and that's really unhealthy, say health experts. We are not built to be sitting down hunched over screens.

First it was 'texter's thumb'. Now gadget addicts are coming down with 'text neck'. Today, many patients are suffering neck pain from spending too much time hunched over phones and computers. The rise of smartphones and tablet computers has fuelled the problem.

The extra capability for playing games and browsing the internet on smartphones means they tend to be used for longer periods. And unlike laptops, tablet computers are often placed flat on the lap, meaning you crane your neck over to view the screen.

Knee and hip replacement surgeon Dr Kaushal Malhan says, "Technology has made life easier, but at the same time brought in newer problems. The easy accessibility to almost any information and quick communication through the use of smartphones and laptops has made them an invaluable resource. At the same time, their indiscriminate use has brought in new health problems."

It is common to find people using their laptops for hours at a stretch. Smartphones now work as mini computers and it is not unusual to find people busy with their phones which are much more than simply a means of communication. "People often complain of neck and back pain, and the cause for these can often be sourced to indiscriminate laptop use in an incorrect posture. These patients often have a good range of movements with pain mainly at the end of the day," adds Dr Malhan.

Orthopaedic surgeon Dr Ashish Arbat agrees. "Today, we are observing many young patients who are into gadgets with wry neck, which is caused by continuous craning of the neck for texting, etc." He advises that one should exercise one's neck daily and stretch the cervical and trapezial muscle, with a healthy habit of sleeping supine straight, with balanced diet to prevent wry neck.

How to avoid such problems
* Use a chair of correct height so that your legs comfortably reach the floor.
* Table height and computer monitor height should be at your eye level so that you are not forced to adopt unphysiologic postures.
* Elbows should be well supported on armrest or table in front of you.
* Do not forget to blink your eyes intermittently to reduce eye fatigue.
* Change your posture every now and then and regular breaks in between.
* Stretch out all muscle groups whenever you have the opportunity.
* Regular stretching exercises are a must for people who sit for long hours. In case of problems like neck pain, see a doctor to rule out other non-postural causes.

Once that is ruled out, one can look at changing habits and lifestyle as advocated above.
