I am often asked what teas are safe to drink during pregnancy.. as there is a shortage in research its hard to have an exact list..I found this article helpful as it explains what to avoid and why, such as too much caffeine or certain herbal teas that have either a detoxing, cleansing or laxative action. Organic tea with unbleached bags are also favourable when wanting to reduce your chemical intake.
