I honestly love to exercise, if I'm not doing homework, chores, or eating I will most likely be outside running around my neighborhood or at the gym. I am always looking for newer and tougher workouts that challenge my body and push me harder. One of the reasons that I love exercising is that it relives my stress and it lets me focus on my life, not only do I have school to worry about, I have to balance a social life and being a teenager, it can be pretty hard but exercise helps me with that. And I honestly love simple workouts like these breathing ones due to the fact that they calm the body so the muscles are relaxed when you are out running and they don't tense up so you pull something.
