Hayden Fairhurst's insight:

This is an example of the 7th amendment because it mentions the jury. I chose this because Apple is a big company. Even big companies need or can choose to have a jury. It can benefit them. Or even hurt them.

The final 12 to hear the case of Michael Adebowale, 22, and Michael Adebolajo, 28, will be set on Friday.

The judge did not choose the 12 immediately because he wanted the panel to reflect overnight if anything precluded them from being jurors.

In Ohio, A man tried stealing 11 homes. The court called for a jury. In America we have the 7th amendment that states you can have a jury. This man was not in favor. No one likes the idea of a person who steals homes. There for the man was put behind bars.
